Delete your Carethread account
You can request deletion of your Carethread account and associated account data from this page.
Request deletion by email
Send a deletion request from the email address connected to your Carethread account. Include the account email if you are writing from a different address.

What will be deleted
We will delete your Carethread account access and associated account profile data. Care notes, team membership records, and care-thread data tied only to your account will be deleted or disconnected according to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
Care team data
If a care team still has other active members, shared care records may remain available to those members. If your deletion leaves a care team with no members, orphaned team data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
In-app deletion
You can also delete your account in the Carethread app from Settings. This web page is available for users who cannot access the app or have already uninstalled it.
