- Account information: We collect your email address and display name to create your account.
- Care team data: We store patient codes and care team membership details to connect you with your team.
- Care notes: We store the notes, vitals, and timestamps you enter to provide the logging history.
- App usage data: We collect basic diagnostic data to ensure the app is working correctly.
2. What the app does NOT collect
- No photos or videos.
- No audio recordings.
- No file uploads.
- No advertising data.
- We do not sell data to third parties.
3. How data is used
We use your data solely to:
- Provide care team coordination and logging features.
- Maintain app functionality, security, and sync data between your devices.
4. Data sharing
- Data is shared only with members of the same care team that you join or create.
- We do not share data with third parties, except for essential infrastructure providers (hosting, authentication) required to run the service.
5. Data retention and deletion
- You are in control: You can delete your account at any time within the app settings.
- Immediate removal: Account deletion immediately removes your access.
- Team data: If a care team has no members left (orphaned), its data is retained for up to 30 days and then permanently deleted.
- Archives: Archived care teams remain accessible to existing members until they leave or delete the team.
