Carethread is a documentation and coordination tool, not a medical device. The data recorded (vitals, medications, symptoms) is user-generated and should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Carethread app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. User-Generated Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is deemed offensive.
4. Paid Features
Carethread does not currently offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases in this release. We may add paid features in the future, and any such features will be presented clearly before purchase and governed by the applicable App Store purchase terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Carethread, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
